FAQ
Fuel Injection Pump (FIP) Repair & Calibration — FAQ
How long does a full FIP overhaul take?+
Standard inline and rotary pumps: 2–3 working days including bench calibration. Common-rail high-pressure pumps with new internals: 4–6 days depending on part availability.
Can you certify the rebuild?+
Yes. Every pump leaves with a printed test-bench report showing delivery at three loads — that's the document your insurer or fleet ops will ask for.
Engine down?
Don't wait. Most diesel failures get worse the longer they run.
